MOUNTAINVIEW'S CORE LEADERSHIP TEAMS ARE FORMING NOW!!!

Are you looking for a rewarding, visionary ministry in which to serve others with the use of your Christian gifts?  Mountainview Community Church (MCC), a new church plant affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America  (http://www.efca.org/) is searching for gifted, volunteer, Christian leaders to join us as we train to launch our preview and public worship services in the fall of 2007. 

Potential leaders must demonstrate a vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be willing to commit to at least six months to one-year leadership responsibility beyond MCC's public launch, agree with MCC doctrinal statement, core values and posses a passion to reach Durango, Colorado with the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. 

Ideal MCC ministry leaders are: Capable, Available, Responsible, Enthusiastic & Teachable.  They should be able to recruit, develop, and oversee the given ministry area.  Further, it is important that ministry leaders are committed to a ministry of multiplication and be able to demonstrate this ability. Finally, team leaders must understand the difference between doing ministry and building a ministry team. 

The Lead Pastor in consultation with leadership will make the final determination on appointments to positions.   An interview with MCC's leadership may be required. 

Key leaders are needed to lead MCC's important ministry areas:  

 

• Youth & Children's Ministry (Must submit to a background check)
• Worship
• Community Outreach, Evangelism & Connection
• Prayer Team
• Life Development Groups
